This form is not publicly visible

Overview: Google Forms requires forms to be publicly accessible to function with some third-party applications, such as PayForm. When a form is set to restrictive access modes, it may prevent these applications from integrating properly.

Steps to Adjust Form Visibility Settings:

  1. Any file upload fields you have on your form:
    • Remove any file upload fields from your form. Google Forms requires users to be signed in to upload files, which restricts the form’s accessibility to the public. You will need to delete any file upload questions by clicking on the trash icon next to the question in your form editor.
  2. Limit to 1 response:
    • Disable the setting that limits form responses to one per user. This can be adjusted under the ‘Settings’ tab, by deselecting the option “Limit to one response”.
  3. Collect email addresses:
    • Turn off the setting that automatically collects email addresses. This setting is located under the ‘Settings’ tab, where you can uncheck the box for “Collect email addresses”.
  4. Restrict to users in [domain] and its trusted organizations:
    • Make the form publicly accessible by removing any domain restrictions. This option is found under the ‘Settings’ tab in the section for restricting access. Ensure the option to “Restrict to users in [your domain] and its trusted organizations” is unchecked.

By following these steps, your Google Form will be made accessible to PayForm.
