Your privacy is very important to us. At PayForm, we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:

  • We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, serve our product (through means of web hosting and data storage), or protect our rights.

PayForm (“PayForm”) which is operated by the Colorado company WPPlugin LLC operates the website payform.net. It is PayForm’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website.

Google Data

As part of our Services and add-ons you may grant PayForm access to data available within Your Google accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that the collection and use of any information on Your Google account, including through Google Forms or other Google applications you use, conforms to local laws, and in particular, complies with regulations related to the collection, use, distribution and storing of Personal Data.

We only transfer the minimum amount of data elements required to facilitate a payment with your payment provider on your behalf.

  • Add-On Installer Email address.
  • Form Submitter Email address (used to send the receipt emails).
  • Google Form ID, Form Name, Form Public URL, Form Private URL, Title, and Description Attributes, and any other Form field names, descriptions, links, or images that you have entered on your Google Form.
  • Google Forms READ/WRITE Access – Used to help with form setup and facilitate how our add-on works.

Google Data will not be shared with any third party except to provide you customer service, to facilitate the sending of emails, the operation of running web servers and storage of website data to a server,  to facilitate the services and with the user-linked payment provider you have selected and consented for us to connect with in order to facilitate payments.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, PayForm collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. PayForm’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how PayForm’s visitors use its website. From time to time, PayForm may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

PayForm also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. PayForm only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to PayForm’s websites choose to interact with PayForm in ways that require PayForm to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that PayForm gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask users who sign up on payform.net to provide their first name, last name and email address. PayForm collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user’s interaction with PayForm. PayForm does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Users can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Aggregated Statistics

PayForm may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website. For instance, PayForm may monitor the most popular pages on the payform.net site. PayForm may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, PayForm does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described in this document.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

PayForm discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on PayForm’s behalf or to provide services available at PayForm’s website, and (ii) have agreed not to disclose it to others. PayForm takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. PayForm uses cookies to help PayForm identify and track visitors, their usage of PayForm website, and their website access preferences. Business Transfers
