This page includes known limitations when using PayForm.
Decimal places:
- Currently currency must be in the format 1,234.00, the format 1234.00, or the format 1234
- Currencies are not currently supported using a comma as the decimal separator.
Two numbers beside each other with the currency symbol:
- When entering an amount on the form, make sure that the currency symbol is either touching or close to the amount. If you have two numbers right beside the currency symbol PayForm can get confused.
- For example, if you have “This is a question about 123 $12.50” this will work because the dollar is touching the amount.
- If however, you put “This is a question about 123 $ 12.50”, PayForm will get confused which number is the amount. In this case it’s either best to make the currency symbol touch the amount, or put something else there like a word or hyphen like “This is a question about 123 – $ 12.50”
