Your First Payment Form

  2. The PayForm.net website.

You will create your form in Google like normal, then use PayForm.net to setup payments and view form responses, and payments.

It's important to remember to share the PayForm.net link with your customers. If you share the normal Google forms link, it will not allow you to accept payments.

1. First you want to install the PayForm app from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

2. The PayForm app can be found. Under the extensions menu when viewing a Google Form.

Sandbox mode allows you to test the form using fake money and credit cards. This is useful for testing to make sure everything is working correctly.
