2024 Talent Harvest Festival Vendor Application
The Talent Harvest Festival is a keystone Southern Oregon event with a huge vendor market, loads of live music, family activities, beer gardens and good food that draws thousands each year! This year, Talent Business Alliance (TBA) is taking over production.

Application Notes:
  • This is a juried event. Priority is given to artisans, crafters, and food vendors of all types. You will be notified of your acceptance no later than 48 business hours after your application fee is received. 
  • All applicants must pay their associated booth fee for their application to be considered for this event.
  • All applicants will be notified of their acceptance (or not) no later than 48 business hours after their application & payment are received.
  • If an applicant is not chosen to participate in this event, their booth fee will be returned via a mailed check no later than October 5th.

Nonprofits are welcome to table, sell fundraising items (event tickets, raffle tickets, merch, etc), & sign up program participants at this event. We encourage all nonprofits to offer some sort of engagement activity BEYOND handing out information in order to make this event as dynamic and vibrant as possible. 

Examples of engaging activities (these are just examples - the sky is the limit): Face painting, Lawn games, Art-making station, Handing out bubbles, Side-walk chalk station, Surveys/Polls, Offering services, Photo booth.

Vendor Requirements & Policies
Vendors must bring their own:
  • Table & Vendor Seating
  • Canopy with weights (if canopy is used, weights must be used - no exceptions)
  • Payment processing needs (small bills, change, wifi, etc)
  • Water - water hook ups are not available to vendors
  • Electricity - electrical hook ups are only available to a limited number of Snack Concessions & Food Truck Vendors. Once those spots are filled, all other Snack Concessions & Food Truck Vendors will need to bring their own generators if needed. 
Vendor Policies:
  1. Booth spaces will be assigned at the sole discretion of Harvest Festival organizers; no trading booth spaces.
  2. Water hookups and access to electricity are not available.
  3. Event is from 10 am - 5 pm.
  4. Vendor setup is from 8 am - 9:30 am and breakdown is from 5 pm - 6 pm.
  5. Vendors agree to to be completely set up by 9:30 am, and to stay throughout the entire event until 5 pm, and will occupy their booth space during all hours of the event.  Closing early is not allowed, unless under extraordinary circumstances.  Vendors who break down before event is over will not be invited back to future events. 
  6. Vendor is responsible for their own trash removal.
  7. Vendor is responsible for all aspects of sales and cash flow, including access to wifi if necessary.  TBA will not have any petty cash on site.  
  8. Vendors are strictly prohibited from placing any tape or adhesive material at any location. They are also prohibited from using nails, hooks, tacks, or screws on any part of any building.  
  9. Each vendor will need to bring their own display tent, table(s), chair(s) etc.  Vendors will keep all merchandise within designated booth space and will maintain booth space in a safe and sanitary condition.  Vendors remain solely responsible for any damage caused by items within their allotted space to either guests, themselves or the grounds.
  10. Vendors may provide their own canopies, but must use canopy weights, no exceptions.  If weights are not used, the tent will have to be removed.  Please don't make us ask you to remove your tent: BRING WEIGHTS
  11. Insurance is highly encouraged for vendors and their products; the Talent Harvest Festival, the Talent Business Alliance, the City of Talent, the event organizer, all employees and volunteers are not liable for any damage to your person, products or booth. 
  12. All prepared food vendors must be in compliance with all county and state regulations. Copies of related documents must be sent in with your completed application and you must have a copy on hand during the event.
  13. If chosen to participate in this event, Vendor agrees to sign a contract with the Talent Business Alliance.
  14. Vendor agrees to pay booth fee IN FULL in order to complete the application process for this event.  Once payment has been received, application is considered finalized. 
  15. Vendor fee refunds. Vendor understands that: 1.) if vendor is NOT selected to participate in this event, their vendor fee will be returned to them in full via mailed check no later than 10/5/2024; 2.) if vendor drops out of the event by or before September 13, 2024 their vendor fee will be returned to them in full via mailed check no later than 10/5/2024; 3.) if vendor drops out of the event between September 13 & October 1, 2024  their 50% of vendor fee will be returned to them in via mailed check no later than 10/5/2024; 4.) if vendor drops out of the event after October 1, 2024 or is a no-show at the event, their vendor fee will not be refunded.  
  16. Participation in this event implies consent to give the Talent Harvest Festival & the Talent Business Alliance the right to use any videos and/or photographs taken at the event for legitimate purposes.

Indemnity Agreement: I agree, as an individual or authorized representative on behalf of my entity, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Talent Business Alliance, its elected officials, officers, employees, volunteers and agents, for any and all claims and associated expenses for losses including but not limited to personal injury or property damage arising out of my participation at the Talent Harvest Festival.*
