Award Booking with the PointSisters
Thank you for selecting PointSisters for your award booking needs!
In order to initiate the award booking process, we kindly request that you read the FAQ section below and that you complete and submit the following form. Upon receipt of your submission and award search deposit, we will review your request and respond within 24 hours. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.  

Please read this section first so that you understand how our Award Booking service works.

PRICING:
One-Way= $100/person
Round-Trip= $200/person
Multi-City= Priced as one-way segments (i.e. three one-way flights= $300/person)
Around-the-World (RTW)= $500/person (business class RTW bookings are limited to 2 people)

Non-refundable search fee per person:
One-Way= $50
Round-Trip= $100
Multi-City= $150
Around the World= $250
The non-refundable search fee is due at time of submitting this request. If we are successful in finding your tickets, we will invoice the remaining amount owed after booking. If we are unsuccessful in finding your tickets (rare, but possible), you will not owe more than the initial non-refundable search fee.  

Example: if you book a roundtrip for one person, the final price will be $200. You will have paid a $100 non-refundable search fee upon submission of this form. The final amount owed after successfully booking, will be $100 ($200-$100 search fee= $100 due after booking).  

How does your award booking service work?  
For one-way, roundtrip, or multi-city award bookings:  we will reach out to you via email to ask any additional questions we may have regarding your trip. We will send you 1-3 options (dependent on location and what we can find) that you can book. Once you decide what flight path you want to book, we will then send you a step-by-step guide on how to book your exact trip.

Please note: we do not book these flights for you. We will guide you through the booking process via email and you will book the flights on your end. There are no exceptions to this policy.

For RTW bookings:  we will jump on a 30-minute phone consultation and discuss this type of booking at length. We do not book RTW business class for 2+ people as availability is not possible. For families that are 2+, please know that economy is the only way this type of ticket can be booked.  

Are you travel agents?
No, we are not travel agents. We are award travel consultants. This means we help you use your points to book flights for you. You will book all flights on your end through our step-by-step videos once we've found flights that you want to book. Under no circumstances will we log into your bank accounts, travel accounts, or other loyalty accounts to book travel for you. This is for your safety and ours!

Does your service include hotel bookings on points?
No, it does not. Our fees only cover the cost of our flight award booking service. We do not book or search for hotels through our service.  

I can't be flexible with dates, should I still hire you?
This is totally up to you! The more flexibility you provide us, the better chance we have at finding something incredible. If you want us to try, you can pay the non-refundable search fee and if we aren't able to find anything you are only out the non-refundable search fee.

Do I have to pay a fee upfront?  
Yes, we require a non-refundable award search fee before we begin the award search.

Will you refund me if you cannot find award space?
We do not charge our final booking fee until we have found award space that meets your needs, thus no refund should be needed. In the unlikely event we cannot find award space, the non-refundable award search fee will not be refunded.

Are airline taxes & surcharges included in your fee?  
No, you will have to pay those on top of our award booking deposit and fee.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, of course! We want you to get those points.  

Do you book cash fares?
We do not as we are not travel agents, however we would highly recommend that you join Ashley's Premium Deal Alerts if you're trying to book amazing cash fares! Use  this link  to sign up for her yearly membership.
