CCC Haymaker Vendor Form

Some paid advertising is included in your vendor fee. Social Media vendor highlights will also be done for vendors. Booths are $40 for approximately a 10x10 space. On October 6th, the price raises to $50.
This is an outdoor event with no electrical access. There is no WIFI, but the cell service is good.

If weather restricts the event, we will make every effort to notify no later than 9AM the day of the event.

However, all markets will be rain or shine. No refunds. No credits.

Market will ONLY be cancelled in the event of tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. Be prepared to setup if there is mild rain forecasted.

Vendor fees are due at registration in order to reserve your space. If you do not pay, your space is NOT confirmed.

ALL MERCHANT VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SALES TAX PERMITS REQUIRED.

No hot food vendors or food trucks. Cottage food vendors welcome. Cottage food vendors must stay in compliance with health department.
